Commerical > Super Flat Floors

In today’s high-tech, computer-assisted manufacturing and warehousing world, the need for high tolerance Super Flat floors is escalating. Certain specialized operations (e.g. narrow aisle warehouses, ice rinks, television studios, and computer industries) demand extraordinary flat and level floors for proper equipment performance. Engelman Construction has been installing Super Flat floors for several years. To ensure accuracy and to increase our effectiveness, we purchased a Somero Laser Screed. Our success in this area is evident through our award-winning projects.

What is Super Flat?

  • Super Flat generally exhibit FF numbers above 100 with FL numbers from 50 to over 100.
